At Woodrow Craft, imagination meets action. Picture it—smile, steady hands, and a little bit of daring. We’ll help you make something unforgettable.

Four misfit makers, three black cats, and one lively studio = endless clay possibilities. Come for a lesson, stay for the stubborn coffee mug that turns into a masterpiece, or nab a one-of-a-kind vessel born of happy accidents.

Studio highlights

  • Friendly private beginner lessons: learn the wheel or hand-build something that’s unmistakably you.

  • Themed workshops: seasonal pottery, one-of-a-kind sculptures, and “fix-it” sessions for projects gone rogue.

  • Co-op shop: mugs with personality, bowls that hug your snacks, and vases that make bouquets sing.

  • Three emotional support kitties.

Bring your curiosity. We’ll bring aprons, tools, and encouragement that sounds suspiciously like applause. Dream it. Make it. Keep it—forever.

Private Parties

Gather your crew for a hands-on craft night at Woodrow Craft — a playful studio co-op run by five local artists. We’ll help your group pick a project (or you can choose from our regular workshop lineup), supply all materials, and guide you through a 2–3 hour session where everyone makes something to take home.

What we offer

  • Project choices: clay pinch pots, mugs, serving dishes, small plates, decorative planters, or street address signs. Prefer to brainstorm? We’ll collaborate with you to design a custom project that fits skill level and theme.

  • All skill levels welcome: beginners and pros alike. Our instructors tailor demos and tips so everyone finishes proud of their piece.

  • Materials & firing: clay, glazes, tools, and kiln firing included for studio projects (note: fired pieces will be available for pickup in 3-5 weeks).

  • Duration: 2–3 hours — enough time to create, chat, and laugh without feeling rushed.

  • Group size: 4-10 students. Ideal for small parties, gatherings of friends, team-building, or celebrations.

  • Payment & policy: non-refundable. Full payment for the group is due at scheduling.

Perfect for

  • Date nights, birthday parties, bachelorette get-togethers

  • Team-building or office outings

  • Long-overdue catch-ups with friends

  • A creative alternative to dinner-and-a-movie

What to expect

  • Friendly, playful instruction from our artist-coop team

  • A relaxed studio vibe — bring snacks or small drinks if you like

  • Finished pieces that reflect your group’s personality (and plenty of photo ops)
